Russell Buddy Bivens disbarred.

.
We all know the deal: failed congressional/state representative candidate Jon Russell was instrumental getting his buddy, Jeffry Bivens, hired as Washougal's finance director.

Bivens is best known for partying in Vegas with Stacy Sellers, vaporized former Mayor of Washougal who abused the city's credit card and partied hardy... while Russell fiddled and did nothing about it, even though he had oversight of the city's checkbook.

Of course, Bivens was such a train wreck that he couldn't be bonded, and as a result, he had to leave, but not before he picked up a nice mid 5 figure check for getting rid of a guy they shouldn't have hired in the first place.

Well done, Jon.

  4. I understand this guy has sold his house in Washougal. Doesn't that city require it's leaders to live within the city limits? Also, his wife's clinic in Washougal is closing it's doors and neither of them are connected, in any way, to the Health Clinic in Grass Valley- 192nd Ave. John now works across the river as a part-time rent-a-cop. Wow! And this guy wanted to run for Congress??

What is it with this guy??

  6. And Russell claims he was proud to vote for soon-to-be "Backdoor Bivens" to be made city finance director even though he knew of his shady background and suspension. Per JR, it was "worth it to get Michael Delavar on council." Great. Wonderful. Let's make deals and trade these positions as part of a big game. Idiots.
